Payment Methods

Purchase Process

Purchase is made by selecting the products into the shopping basket, on the basis of which the customer is prepared with a preliminary invoice, after confirmation of which the product is shipped and an invoice is issued for it.

You will receive a confirmation of order receipt to your e-mail address, which is the basis for creating an official invoice, which you will receive at the provided e-mail address, immediately after our customer service has reviewed your submitted order.

Order is confirmed as soon as the buyer receives e-mail notification with purchase information.

Order cancellation

The buyer can cancel the placed order in the following ways:

to send a message by e-mail with a request to cancel the order;
does not pay the issued official invoice within 3 days of its receipt;
in the case of cash on delivery, does not respond to the e-mail received, with which the seller checks the identity of the person (and other possible contractual terms) who placed the order.

Delivery

Information on the cost of delivery is available to the customer when placing an order. For deliveries outside of Slovenia, delivery is charged with standard tariff of delivery service. The seller is not responsible for any delays on the part of delivery person.

The delivery cost in the case of a return in covered by the buyer.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Benjamin Savšek s.p., Zgornje Gameljne 5, 1211 Ljubljana.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
